Shipping policy

At The Zuri Cosmetics, we ensure that your order is processed and delivered safely within 4-5 business days across major parts of India. Other regions may take up 7-10 business days depending on the location. We may take 10-15 business days to deliver outside India. Unless otherwise specified, Zuri ships its products at no cost. In the event that shipping charges are applicable, it will be mentioned at the time of purchase. Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. In any event that you are not available to receive your product, we suggest that you specify the name of the person who would receive the delivery on your behalf. i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, The Zuri Cosmetics takes no responsibility for goods signed by any other person. For any complaints with regards to your order, please call or message our Customer Care within 4 business days of receiving your order for resolution.
